Overall Best Practices
For most reports, try to have no more than 5 bullet points for each section, prioritizing these types of conversations:
- Studies/trials/new data
- New product launches
- FDA and regulatory approvals
- Media coverage of ad campaigns
- Larger trend stories that mention clients/competitors. Examples:
- an article gets published in STAT News about innovations in the MCED space and the Galleri test is mentioned in it
- an article in Neurology live discusses the latest advancements/treatments in myasthenia gravis, and a VYVGART trial is mentioned in it
- Partnerships
- GRAIL/Galleri example: News story of a local firefighter organization offers the Galleri test for free to its firefighters through a partnership with GRAIL
- Executive/leadership interviews with media
If you don’t have enough bullet points, you can fill in with other conversations like:
- Patient conversations on Reddit (best to summarize these into 1 bullet point)
- Others promoting products
- Example: companies promoting Galleri test and Galleri “screening events” on Instagram
- Executive/leadership hires
- Press release announcing participation in upcoming conference
- Webinars/podcasts
