• Create and name nth Sequence
• Assemble Sequence

• Audio levels: want to the peak level to be -3dB. Ideally want the audio to be with -6dB - -12dB

📻 Podcast Editing Workflow & Checklist

• Audio post production. Workflow: [2.00 - 3.00]
  • Prep project
    • Import assets from step 1 of PER PODCAST + theme song from step 4 of INITIAL SETUP
    • Isolate audio from webinar video/rip audio from webinar video
  • Editing and mixing
    • Assembly and trimming
  • Mastering
    • Editing/normalizing audio levels
    • Reduce background/unwanted noises, etc.
    • EQ
    • Export file for publishing
• OPTIONAL: Create visualized podcast recordings for YouTube [2.00]
  • I did these for a previous client with examples here and here. This will add ~2 hours of work per podcast episode if you want it.
• Publish/syndicate podcast [1.00]

  • Publish either self-hosted or Spotify (after publishing to primary platform it will automatically syndicate to the others listed in step 3 of INITIAL SETUP)

  • Publish to YouTube (Optional per step 3 of PER PODCAST)

  • Audio levels: want to the peak level to be -3dB. Ideally want the audio to be with -6dB - -12dB

    • First do the essential sound kit and follow this guide for ducking
    • Then adjust the master volume - or + dB after looking at the Audio Meters/Mixer
